Refund policy
At RestedMe, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality products and digital experiences designed to support better sleep and wellbeing.
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
● The item must be unused and in its original condition
● The item must be returned in its original packaging
● Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened, used, or unsealed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Digital Products & Assessments
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds once access has been granted, downloaded, or used, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
This includes:

● Digital Sleep Tools
● Personalised Sleep Reports
● 2-Week Programmes
● Downloadable Digital Resources
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
● Your order number
● A brief description of the issue
● Clear photos of the item received
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
We currently only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or defective.
