Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas may have limited shipping options or additional charges.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages RestedMe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged or is an or incorrect fulfilment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@restedme.com with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
